Annual Residents' Survey 2014

Description: 

Our annual survey of residents allows us to understand issues of concern, attitudes to us and levels of satisfaction with our services. The survey involves over 1,000 face-to-face interviews with adults and around 250 interviews with 11-17 year-olds. The survey uses quote sampling to ensure the results are representative.
