Revised Statement of Licensing Policy

Description: We are proposing to introduce a Cumulative Impact Zone (CIZ) for Mitcham Town Centre and the surrounding area. If agreed, the CIZ will deem any contested new or variation application for a premises licence or club premises certificate refused unless the applicant or their appointed representative can address the terms of the CIZ. Any comments relating to this review should be submitted by the closing date shown and may be sent  to licensing@merton.gov.uk or by post to:
